Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one (1) Travel Savings Credit valued at five hundred US dollars ($500 USD), one (1) Travel Savings Credit valued at four hundred Great British pounds (£400 GBP), or one (1) Travel Savings Credit valued at seven hundred Canadian dollars ($700 CAD)
Each Travel Savings Credit will be delivered as a “Reward Code” to be redeemed at https://www.creditfortravel.com/.
In order for a “Customer” to be eligible to receive a Reward, Customer must:
1. Be over the age of 18 at the time of purchase
2. Spend over $300 USD / £250 GBP / $450 CAD in a single transaction (excluding gift card purchases and taxes) between May 1, 2025 and August 31, 2025 at participating travel retail locations.
3. Submit an online Application Form and upload the receipt by September 15, 2025, where Customer must enter name, postal code and email address (“Application Form”)
Within five (5) business days of the Application Form submission, qualified Customers will receive an email with a Reward Code and instructions to redeem the Reward.
All Reward denominations are initially provided in US Dollars and then converted to the native currency on creditfortravel.com. As such:
1. All customers who purchase in the United States and submit their receipt on arrivehydrated.com/US will receive a $500 USD Travel Savings Credit
2. All Customers who purchase in the United Kingdom and submit their receipt on arrivehydrated.com/UK will receive a $550 USD Travel Savings Credit which is at least a £400 Travel Savings Credit.
3. All Customers who purchase in Canada and submit their receipt on arrivehydrated.com/CA will receive a $525 USD Travel Savings Credit which is at least a $700 CAD Travel Savings Credit.
4. TLC is not responsible for fluctuating currency exchange rates such that the value of the travel savings credit changes below the advertised reward rate in GBP or $CAD and will not replace any unrealized travel credit value due to these fluctuating currency exchange rates.
This promotion begins on May 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
The last day to submit a receipt is September 15^th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
Reward Codes valid until August 31, 2026.
Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.
Full value of the Reward may not be able to be applied in one transaction dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory.
Reward may not cover the full value of the booking. Additional costs/fees for products and services above the Reward amount are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
If the full value of the Reward is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance until it is depleted before August 31, 2026.
Pricing for hotel bookings is subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel inventory, length of stay, etc. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on www.creditfortravel.com does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or any 3rd party supplier directly offers.
Before making your reservation, please carefully review the room and rate details for any applicable conditions.
The Reward discount is not applied after the purchase is made. The discount is applied before the purchase is made. Refunds will not be given on the basis that the expected discount would be applied at the end of the purchasing process.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Reward eligible for use on the Travel Booking Website (the “Website”) are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties, other than what is specified herein. If there is any written language or terms and conditions on the Reward Code itself, which is in conflict with the Policy, or any other terms and conditions labelled as such on the Website, Credit For Travel shall overrule the Reward and be the absolute authority.
The Reward is not transferable once activated and is redeemable for accommodations and other travel products and services available on the Website.
The Reward and reservations made on the Website are subject to the terms of the booking. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancellations. For the Reward, terms and conditions as set forth by the supplier of the accommodations or other travel products and services may vary and are defined in the terms and conditions as listed on the Website and must be read and agreed to prior to making a purchase. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Reward terms and conditions and/or Privacy Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed travel products and services. When booking a reservation through Credit For Travel, the total cost will be reduced by the value of the Reward up to a zero cost for the reservation. Additional costs incurred by the Customer, including but not limited to taxes, fees, incidentals, or other purchases are at the sole expense of the Customer and the Reward cannot be used to pay these expenses unless specified as an inclusion in the reservation at the time the reservation was booked. Credit For Travel shall not be liable or responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or any other matters beyond its reasonable control. Further, Credit For Travel assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with the redemption of the Reward by any distributors, affiliates or third parties other than what is expressly written herein.
Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Reward are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
It is the responsibility of the Reward recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.
Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Reward.
No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
Reward has no monetary value. Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.
The Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
For the purpose of the Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Credit For Travel, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with Credit For Travel.
Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Reward in any of these events.
The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Credit For Travel, and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with the Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
